Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between "in the page" (hereinafter "Service") and users regarding the use of the web page builder service provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the web page creation and hosting service provided by in the page.
  • "User" refers to a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Content" refers to web pages and related materials created by users through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users. The Service may modify these Terms as necessary within the scope of not violating relevant laws, and the modified terms take effect after notification.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

The Service provides the following features:

  • Block-based web page editor
  • AI-powered automatic page generation
  • Page templates
  • Personal domain (username.inthe.page)
  • Web page hosting and publishing

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

Users can register through social login via Google or GitHub accounts. By registering, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Stealing others' information or registering false information
  • Creating or distributing content that violates laws through the Service
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Posting content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Other activities that violate relevant laws

Article 7 (Content Rights)

The copyright of content created by users through the Service belongs to the users. However, the Service may use users' content for service operation and improvement.

Article 8 (Service Use Restrictions)

The Service may restrict service use or revoke membership after prior notice if users violate these Terms. However, in urgent cases, notification may be made afterward.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  • The Service is not responsible for service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
  • The Service is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content created by users.
  • The Service does not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties and is not responsible for damages arising therefrom.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined according to the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 11 (Governing Language)

These Terms are written in Korean, and the Korean version is the only legally binding version. Translations in other languages are provided for reference only, and in case of any discrepancy between the Korean version and translations, the Korean version shall prevail.
